Customers should be informed that in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014, 6/2016 - other law and 44/2018 - other law) purchases made via our website (our online store) www.nikku.rs shall be considered remote sales. You can download your remote sales contract here.
If, within the aforementioned 14 day deadline, you change your mind about the purchase or after the package has been delivered you feel that you are not comfortable with the size, color, model, etc., you may be entitled to receive a replacement item or a refund.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, follow this simple procedure:
1. Send the Purchase Cancellation Form to office@nikku.rs. The deadline for submitting this form/statement is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract between the customer and us.
2. We will confirm receipt of the statement and inform you of the number under which it is filed. Our operator will provide you with the address to which you may return the purchased product.
3. The product should be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the cancellation form.
4. Upon receiving the product and subjecting it to a professional examination of its functionality, the money you paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible but no later than 14 days.
5. If you cancel the contract before the product is delivered, the money will be refunded to you as soon as possible but no later than 14 days.
